Canada International Work and Study Resource Center (CIWSRC) is an education consulting center which provides valuable information and guidance to those wanting to study and work in Canada. CIWSRC has been innovating the education landscape in Canada by building partnerships that lead international candidates to the careers of which they dream. We are representatives for many universities and colleges in Canada. We have expanded our annex to Nigeria, and as a result, Nigerians may now walk into our office and meet our representatives. This is part of our ongoing endeavor to guarantee that more Africans realize their dream of studying in Canada.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) HR Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking to employ an HR assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An HR assistant is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills.
  • You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.
  • Top candidates will be superb at problem-solving, efficient in scheduling, and precise in the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields (essential).
  • 2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
  • Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
  • Preferably, female, for gender balance
  • Candidates residing in Ikeja and Ojodu axis, willbe consider first.

2.) Digital Marketer

Location: Lagos Canada International Work and Study Resource Center (CIWSRC) Job Vacancies (3 Positions)

Responsibilities

  • Leads Generation.
  • Formulate strategies to create enduring digital connections with customers by utilizing various digital marketing channels and tactics such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, and more.
  • Oversee and manage the company’s presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and promote ourservices. This involves launching advertisements, crafting compelling content, and optimizing campaign performance based on key metrics and insights.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Develop engaging email content, design visually appealing templates, and utilize segmentation and personalization strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including emerging technologies, platforms, and tools. Continuously evaluate and refine our digital marketing strategy to drive results and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

3.) Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Management
  • Develop customer relationships and proactively leverage relationships to establish loyalty and sell service.
  • Cold Calling of Leads.
  • Converting Prospective client to paid client.
  • Subsequent follow-up.
  • Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaign.
  • Working towards monthly or annual targets.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND.
  • Minimum of 3 years business experience with related Salesand management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish effective relationships across all levels of management.
  • Superior presentation skills.
