Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage our company’s procurement process and supply chain activities.
  • The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • This role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and supplier selection processes.
  • Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as production, finance, and operations, to align procurement activities with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor information.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements to inform procurement decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2.) Recruitment Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday- Saturday from 8 am- 5 pm

Responsibilities

  • Meet hiring manager for job openings at their site
  • Post job roles on job board
  • Source for qualified candidates
  • Phone interview with qualified candidates and shortlist
  • Send interview invites to shortlisted candidates and follow uprn- Interview with the hiring manager
  • Create a recruitment report rn- Send interview feedback to candidates not shortlistedrn- Send offer letters out after final approval
  • Send emails for the onboarding process and follow up
  • Open a new file for a new employee
  • Ensure everything is set before the new employee resumes and checklists are signed and approved

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have 2-3 years working experience as a recruiter
  • Proficient in the use of computer
  • Great attention to details

Salary Package

  • N120,000 – N150,000 / Month with HMO and Pension
  • Leave Benefits: 12 days sick leave and 12 days annual leave

3.) Help Desk Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and excellent customer service skills
  • Coordination of helpdesk and operations department activities.
  • Act as support for the Technical Manager for exchange of emails, letters, reports e.t.c
  • Responsible for the administrative responsibilities in the Operations department
  • Responsible for monitoring the follow up and feedback system of the Operations Department.
  • Timely dissemination of information to the clients and contractors at the appropriate time.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / month.

4.) Inventory Officer 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store and issue goods Eko Maintenance Limited Job Vacancies (4 Positions)
  • Manage stock levels and distribute supplies from stock
  • Maintain stock records using manual or computerised systems
  • Coordinate inventory functions using excel sheets
  • Track materials or products that come into and go out of the inventory via inventory records
  • Keep track of the goods and supplies in the store

Requirements and Qualifications

  • B.SC / HND undergraduate degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in related field
  • Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
